How to apply

Apply in 4 easy steps

& Watch both Clare’s and Ross’ Testimonials

STEP 1

Submit a current CV with a cover letter to contact@teflinternshipspain.com. Don’t forget to include your availability, your preferred dates and placement city.

This is your opportunity to sell yourself and tell us why you are the ideal candidate.

We are looking for: personable, motivated people with a proficient level in English (or native speakers), with some transferable skills to TEFL, not necessarily prior teaching experience! Teaching skills and TEFL knowledge will be imparted throughout the programme.

  • Please note that you need to be an EU Passport holder to partake in our programmes in Spain, as we are unable to help with visa applications being a UK based company.

STEP 2

Successful applicants will be contacted by Phone by the TEFL Trainer. Those then selected to progress will be offered to arrange a Skype Interview with a TEFL Trainer.

If you are successful during this video interview you will subsequently be contacted by Email and/or Phone by TEFL Trainer  in order to formalise your TEFL Internship Placement in one of their partner schools in Valencia, Barcelona, or Madrid.

STEP 3

Following your successful interview and placement offer you will receive your training agreement via email.

You will also be given your code of conduct and a personal details form to complete.

STEP 4

Return your signed agreement and completed forms via email and book your flight.

Additional travel details and advice, as well as contact details of your development coordinator/headteacher on site and online mentor will be communicated to you at this point.

Receive all your induction day information. Weeks before your arrival, you will then be contacted by the language school with further details and directions to the school. Now you’re all set, see you in Spain!
